About Us

Our Journey

Cross Diamond Meats is the beef production arm of Cross Diamond Cattle Company, a Red Angus operation located in south central Nebraska. The cattle operation sells 250+ bulls to ranchers all across the nation each year. In the fall of 2021, Cross Diamond Meats began selling beef in bulk to families looking to fill their freezer to feed their family. From there, we have expanded to selling individual retail beef cuts online and in our local grocery store, cooking beef-based freezer meals, producing small batch beef tallow products such as cooking tallow, whipped tallow cream, lip balm, and more, and finally selling smash burgers out of our bright blue food truck! Cross Diamon Meats is a family affair, so you will often find Corey and Meredith picking up beef or going to events with their two children in tow.
